Saudi Arabia is bordering in the notth with Jordan, Iraq and Kuwait. In the East with the Persian Gulf and Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Yemen. In the south the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden separate  Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt from Saudi Arabia.

Its capital is Ryadh. Its second largest city is Jeddah, at the Red Sea Coast.

Other important cities are Dharan, Dammam, Abha, Taif, Gizan, Jubail and Yanbu.

Besides these, the two Holy Cities, Mecca and Medina are very important to the entire muslim population of the world for the Hajj of the pilgrims.
